Kem is a phenomenal talent and has been a blessing to me. When I made the decision to loc my hair, I knew I needed to find the right loctician to make it happen. I found it in the Kem, the loctician empress. Kem continues to work her magic with my hair and my spirit. Keep rising to the top, sis!!!
