Kem Juan Simmons

  2. Kem is a phenomenal talent and has been a blessing to me. When I made the decision to loc my hair, I knew I needed to find the right loctician to make it happen. I found it in the Kem, the loctician empress. Kem continues to work her magic with my hair and my spirit. Keep rising to the top, sis!!!

    It is such a pleasure to read about your success and I truly enjoyed reading your interview.
    Your work and skills goes without saying is exemplary. Even though I do not wear locks anymore, I can truly share with everyone that your technique and workmanship was beautiful, creative, different and extremely stylish.
